Infant Sleep

After the Stork has developed its sleep expertise and philosophy from almost 30 years of hands on experience with getting babies to sleep through the night. All doulas have also studied various books written by infant sleep experts.

Our top priorities and goals pertaining to infant sleep:

  • Help babies learn the difference between night and day 

  • Help babies get on a good sleep schedule  

  • Problem solving with any sleep issue your baby is having

  • Sleep training when it is developmentally appropriate for baby

  • Our goal is to get the baby sleeping through the night from bedtime to 6 or 7 in the morning.
